Easy and smooth!
This was SUPER easy to set up and use. It holds almost a full bag of food, and the app is easy to navigate and set up recurring feedings. It uses wall power, and has a battery backup for power failures!I wish it knew when it was empty, but it does have a clear window that makes it easy to check.

Great when it works
I have it set up in a cage where I put my kitten when I leave for work so she doesnât get into anything. Itâs great I can set up timed feeding, but the feeder isnât reliable remotely. I often find it offline and have to take the whole unit out to reset it. Iâm not sure why, it has fresh batteries and is plugged in. I wish it had a reset button easily available on the back.Edit: I returned that one for a replacement that works much better! The previous one must have had a problem. My only remaining complaints are the one button acts as a feed now with a short press and a reset with a long one; the button is hard to feel and press. Additionally, I wish the app had more information. Iâm sure the new power cord works as I havenât had a problem yet, but the app seems to say itâs on battery power. I wish it was clearer on if it was on battery power or outlet power.

Cat feeder
My cat took a couple of days to get use to it, but she figured it out. Now she runs to it when it kicks on. Easy to assemble and I like that I can put extra food out when I’m gone. The app is a breeze.

Working on portion sizes
I like that this doesnât need an app to function. I am still figuring out what portion size I should give my cats. I am really appreciative of it so far. It has been a relief on long days at work or days I go hiking to not have to worry about feeding my cats too late. I have 2 cats and they have figured out the feeding times and run from where ever they are to eat.My only complaint is the clock does drift the times by a few minutes after so many uses. Not by too much but you will have to reset the clock of that time shift is an issue.

I can trust this feeder to feed my cat while away. My first one was 4X the price, had a useless camera, and wouldn’t stay connected to my router. Oh, and it wouldn’t feed if it wasn’t connected.

Don’t buy no coustomer service
Don’t buy this, it’s very hard to program and there are no utube videos to help. When you call customer service they don’t answer don’t waist your time not worth it!!!!!!!
