Outstanding gift
The package was nicely delivered outside as well as the inside. No damage to the pen and the ink completely full. Brand new pen ð. This was actually a gift to my sister and she definitely loved this pen. My sis mentioned how beautiful the design is, how smooth the grip is and how beautifully the pen ð writes. This pen ð definitely was a hit for my pen junkie sis birthday gift.

The installed cartridge was faulty, but the included replacement worked fine.
Luckily, a replacement cartridge came with this pen, because the cartridge that came inside the pen, stopped working the first time I used it, merely to sign and address 2 birthday cards.I let it rest a couple of days then tried it again, but it stopped writing again after about two words. I installed the replacement cartridge, and it has worked fine since.

Not even remotely accurate images used to describe this pen, which is literally the only reason i purchased it, and for many people, is the second most important feature besides functionality….Image is clearly wrong from clip design to color combination… do better.
