    Great sand for aquarium
This is a great add on to the aquarium, sand looks great, the color is awesome. Unfortunately my camera is not good so the pics didn’t come up great. Anyways the sand is very good but there is one thing, small negative thing about it, but its manageable, so u need to rains, and rains and rains a lot to get rid of the dust and the color powder. But while u trying to clean it and no more blue water commin, then its ready for your fish. I have a few different kind fish amd two snails and they are all good. So the sand doesn’t harm them at all. I recommend to anyone cause that really looks amazing. The prise is right, and it’s worth it

    Really pretty!
It’s sand, what can I say? It looks really nice, the crabs seem to like it. It doesn’t seem to lose color or have any smell.

Easy maintenance, good grain sand for an aquarium
Sand for my aquarium. I specifically wanted blue sand to decorate it. The only down side is that I wish they had a light blue option. I do love the texture. it isnt too rough for the fish I plan to keep and it’s not too fine that it all floats , a problem I had with other brands. I didnt need to rinse it for very long and it didnt not have any color rinse our either. And It was easy to pour water in my tank with out the sand being disturbed. It was surprisingly easy to suction and clean! For the most part it didnt float into the syphon, unless it was stuck to some biofilm. When I pulled away the sand would just sink back down. So I’m thoroughly pleased at the quality of this sand.

Beautiful bright blue for my axolotls
I was a little worried after the reviews, but this was just like any other sand I’ve used. I rinsed it a couple times and placed it in my tank without issue.

Fish & cats a like LOVE it !!
My Dojos love to mill around in this sand and dig for food and my cat LOVES to watch them do it. Also this sand is heavy enough that it holds the air bubbles under it and every few seconds it randomly lets air burst through in different spots throughout the tank ! There was not much trash floating in the bowl I rinsed it in for the amount of sand in the bag.

Very fine grain. Challenge to use but not hopeless.
Added to an established tank that was getting a little make over in decor. Must shut off filters!! I rinsed in a bucket first stiring it with a whisk to remove air. Just wanted a small sandy spot that’s 2 bags with a 1″ layer of gravel underneath in a 55 gal. So it doesn’t go far. It’s very fine grain and tends to float more than others Ive used. But hard to find blue. After rinsing and stiring in a bucket. I noticed if you tried to pour out the water and any surface touched the sand it would all float up. So I left the water in scooped it out and placed in the tank. what floated was easily scooped up and dropped back in I didn’t lose any sand that way. I had tried the aqua Terra brand and it was absolutely way worse. I couldn’t use it at all. Not sure why they don’t make this blue sand in a larger grain. I would have gave up if not for using the worse brand first. This product could be better especially for the price. However this was the cheapest I found. I does look nice tho after all the work.
