Great machine for small spaces
I was looking for something to put in my home office to help me get as much movement as possible during the day. This is the perfect machine. Itâs compact, easy to use and also allows for a great leg and arm workout. I use it everyday and I am very happy!

I you need excercise but can’t get this will do.
It’s work! When I received this I was thinking I’d go 30 minutes LOL not. I barely made five minutes, I am now working up to ten minutes… It is a workout if you haven’t used those leg muscles in a while but I think it will help my circulation and even cardio… It’s well made takes up little space and I’m sure it’s a good workout.

Almost great
I bought this on a whim to counteract all the sitting I do for work, and have been happily surprised by how easy it is to get some decent steps in (but bummed about the one negative…mentioned further down). This is pretty much ready to go out of the box, so no real set up to speak of. I’m not really using the arm bands. There is a tension knob so you can adjust how easily the pedals go up and down. It actually provides a pretty good work out so long as you put in the effort. I currently use it for around 30-40 minutes at a time, sometimes twice per day. You can easily watch television or listen to podcasts while stepping. The benefits are that you can get your steps in no matter what time of day or what kind of weather. Overall, it would be great, except…
…this thing now SQUEAKS LIKE CRAZY. It started out fine but after just a couple of weeks of use, one pedal started squeaking, then the other one chimed in a few weeks later, so now with every step there’s a corresponding high-pitched squeak. We’ve tried using some WD40, but the noise is seemingly coming from inside the little pistons under the foot pads, so the added lubricant did nothing to diminish the noise. If you live in an apartment, this could be a problem. I’m using it a level above our basement, so it isn’t bothering anyone unless someone is down there–but, it’s definitely noisy, and if someone else is in the same room or in the vicinity, it’s annoying. It’s a shame, because otherwise I’ve been really happy with the quality and functionality. The manufacturer needs to figure out this defect. (For context, I’m a 5′ 7″ woman at 125 pounds, so it shouldn’t be related to over-stressing the weight limit of this stepper.)

Perfect Little Stepper!
This stepper is perfect, Iâd ordered one before and sent it back because it just didnât feel right but this one is great! Came right outta the box ready to go, just had to check the cable and screw on a tension knob, took two minutes tops. This stepper I think is perfect for beginners, the tension is just right, not too loose and not too hard. I get on it for a few minutes several times a day. I have a lot of fun weight loss gadgets that work and I use them daily. Iâm not a hardcore kinda fitness person, I like fun exercise, this fits the bill perfectly!

The pink one does NOT have the wristbands. The listing doesn’t make this obvious enough. Disappointed the nicer color is more expensive but offers less stuff. The bands were one reason I wanted this.
But it works fine. Kind of squeeky. Bigger than I thought, but still very compact for a small living space. The color looks exactly like the picture.

Obviamente no es lo mismo que ejercitarse en una escaladora profesional, pero cumple con su trabajo: sà te hace sudar.
Cuesta acostumbrarse al rango de movimiento para que no topes con el borde cada vez que bajas con un pedal, pero una vez te habitúas, resulta sencillo.
De acuerdo al monitor, en 40 minutos con la máxima resistencia se queman alrededor de 200 cal.
El plus de las bandas elásticas está excelente para complementar una rutina sencilla.
Hay algo que me llama la atención: yo mido el tiempo con el reloj de mi teléfono, lo tengo justo en 40 minutos, pero cuando checo el tiempo en el monitor, marca poco más de 30 minutos, me parece mucha diferencia para un error de sincronización, pero la verdad es que yo no le doy tanta importancia.
A una semana de comenzar a utilizarla estas son mis impresiones.

Para el precio que tiene está genial… no es de rotación lateral, pero está genial… es la simulación perfecta para subir escaleras.. el anclaje de las gomas, son super sencillas y sobre todo bastante seguras… algo que me sorprendió… otra cosa más a tener en cuenta es su tensor… lo he puesto al máximo y la verdad, hace su efecto de trabajar los músculos de la pierna… buen producto, llegó pronto, todo correcto, no hace falta casi nada de instalación, apenas las gomas y la rueda de tensar… y listo… muy buen producto, buena sujección…
