Sturdy!!
The cube part on ours is yellow and large enough for our 37 year old red lored amazon to perch on top if he chooses to. For the size a few more sticks would have been nice, but the ones it does have are bright and colorful. I really love how large and sturdy this is, the hardware is large enough to support it on the side of the cage along with the weight of the bird. This is a nice bird toy that will take some time for our bird to destroy.

Great parrot toy!
I buy this for my Great Billed Parrot. It last about a month or more. Daisy loves to tear away at the paper rolls first then she works on the block. It is a good size for her too. She can perch on it too.

I purchased this for an African gray that can pretty much demolish anything in a matter of minutes. But not this toy. It is made with heavy duty wood and also fun paper parts for him to tear apart.

Macaw loves it !
I always have at least two extra in my house. Sometimes they last awhile (months), and sometimes she can rip the lollipop sticks out in a couple weeks. She enjoys the flat surface of the block to stand on and the sticks give her feet a different feel. It is really cute when she holds a stick and chews it. Eventually she will also chew the block. Well worth the price!

Last shipment poorly made/Amazon shutdown discouraging for real help
This is one of my African Grey’s favorite items, which he perches on, and chews on. The last shipment arrived, with significantly fewer “straws” in place. This proved to permit little foothold for the bird to perch on, and certainly resulted in her pulling out the straws easily. For the price, this was a poor value. Whether a fluke or not, Amazon has shut down any phone contact, and the remaining assistance with problems have not been good. I hope Amazon reconsiders that ending the ridiculously lengthy “shutdown”, when businesses ARE slowly emerging, should not prevent them from restoring their phone lines. Also, I am reordering another grudgingly, esp since this could be a fluke, but will return this one promptly if it, too, turns out to be poor quality.
