We have a TB chestnut mare who is very heard bound. We planned to take her off property alone, to a cow sorting event. Synchill really really worked. She was not anxious or nervous, but yet I still had an alert ready to go horse. She did so well on this, highly recommend!!

Made my high anxiety horse SUPER relaxed!!
I bought two tubes of this because I was taking my VERY high anxiety horse to an event and wanted something to take the edge off of him. Heâs so high anxiety that he doesnât even load well. I gave him the first tube about 45 minutes before I loaded him in the trailer, and he walked RIGHT on the ramp and into the trailer – on a loose lead!! I was shocked! I gave him the second tube about an hour before I got on him at the event, and he was very focused and easy to handle. Heâs normally a very âlookyâ horse – and he still âlookedâ at some things, but didnât balk or lock up or bolt. He simply looked, but kept trotting or cantering! I was SO impressed and will definitely be ordering this again.

Worked great on my mare
I have a younger mare who is super anxious with getting her feet trimmed. This worked wonders! She was calm and relaxed and stood well for the whole trim!! Iâll be using it again until we get over the hump with her anxiety!!

Does not work at all for my mare
My mare has true anxiety and is very sensitive in some situations. The first time I used this was at our home farm, just riding in the small outdoor arena and a little around the small farm. I gave the stuff over an hour to work before I rode her. She was worse that day than she had been in months. She even spooked at a car which she’s never done. She never spooks. After 30-45 min of riding, I gave up.I thought it was just a fluke, so I gave her some for a camping trip last week. She gets really anxious in new situations with new horses and in a group with strange horses–especially if the horses are “Squirrely” and spicy. She is not spicy normally, but will ramp up if a horse near her is having issues. Well, I gave this stuff a full 2 hours to work before I tried to ride her. She was like a demon, or possessed by one. She bolted, she pivoted, she wouldn’t let the horse ahead get more than 5 steps ahead, she was taking off–head in the air so I had no control, it was a nightmare. I had to bail after 10 minutes and walk back. I swear she was worse with this stuff in her. At minimum it did nothing at all. And it might have made her worse. I will not be using it again.

Worked for my hot blooded 10 year old gelding! Didn’t work as well the second time but not sure if other factors contributed. Overall, a good product for dosing your horse for a more “chill” ride.
