I have been buying diapers for the last 14 years for my 14-year-old special-needs cat who, due to a brain issue, cannot find her litter box. I have previously bought expensive Hartz cat diapers ($1.30 per diaper), believing they were superior, but they lacked tail base protection and often leaked.3)Great Value for the Price: I have tried everything over the last 14 yearsâfrom modifying baby diapers by cutting a hole for the tail to buying the most expensive cat diapers on Amazon to avoid leaks. These diapers are affordable, easy to use, and have good absorption, making them my top choice.

The XS is REALLY very very small.
I have 6 month old Siamese-about 5 pounds, slender, muscular kitten. They wear an extra small Elizabethan collar, so I ordered extra small based on the measurements. The diapers donât fit-too short in the front and back and not enough adhesive to keep it in place

the female cat diapers are very nice, and I feel that they work perfectly. the size I ordered are a bit too small, so it wouldn’t stay on my fur baby.

Get a size bigger
Diaper keeps slipping off. My cat is 7.5lbs so I got the small size based on the size chart and it barely fits him. Wish I can return and see if Iâll have better luck with the medium.

Great value for the price
I recently found this cat diaper for my 15-year-old Japanese bobtail, who has been having some trouble with her litter box. After trying several products that either leaked or didnât stay on, this one has been a big relief.She used to get rid of the diaper with other brands because sheâs still active and a bit chubby, but with this one, she has never been able to take it off, and it doesn’t seem to bother her much. I also haven’t had any leaks since I switched to this diaper.Itâs reasonably priced, offering good value for what you get, so Iâm giving it five stars.

Very tiny! Too small for my 6lb munchkin.
Very tiny. I have a 6 Lb munchkin and these did not fit. I canât comment on whether or not they keep the urine in because they are too small.
