Great for turtles
This product works great. Not only does it give calcium to the turtles, it also prevents salmonella. That’s a huge myth that red eared sliders carry salmonella when theyre under 3 inches. That why it’s illegal to sell baby red eared sliders. when they were babies, i would use this product all the time, ust incase. but a year and a half later and their shell is 6 inches long so I dont even need them now, but once inn a while ill throw one in there. salmonella is mostly found in raw chicken, beef, and other raw meats,, not turtles. Obviously if you feed your turtle raw meat, they may contract salmonella poisoning but who feeds their turtles raw meat?!? I suggest getting these until their shell is 3 inches long then be done with it, just to be on the safe side, but truthfully, salmonella comes from many things and turtles are not even close to the top of the list.

fast shipping
Smaller then I thought it was. Does the job but way too small. They shipped it fast and I will pay more attention in the future to sizes.

Product was much smaller than normal, but calcium blocks were hard to find during the lockdowns.
