Much better than flakes.
The great thing about these flakes is some float and some sink so each type of fish has access to food. They also donât dissolve as quickly as flakes so the tank stays cleaner and more food gets eaten and not wasted.

Seems good, fish seem to like it. Seems like it’d be better for bigger fish, I have some with smaller mouths that have a little trouble. They eat fine but seemed to do better with flakes. Overall tho my fish seem happier than when I was feeding them omega one flakes. I have fish from 1″ – 6″ and feed a combination of these, tubifex worms, and sinking shrimp pellets for the bottom feeders.
