I built a pretty decent above tank. Its value for my money was definitely there. As most stone aquarium products cost a pretty penny. Itâs what I needed for my turtle to feel at home. Itâs a high quality stone thatâs easy to understand how to use it.Itâs a great size for my 7â turtle. Good size for this little baby. Works as a basking rock and a feeding area. Being that itâs stone, it works to file his beak too. Good stone. Would recommend. Itâs about a fluffy pancake thickness. No assembly required. I think it was decently priced for the quality. It was pretty heavy coming out of the package. Very sturdy.

Love love love
Definitely a great value for what I spent on them, thought they would be a tad bit bigger but their size ended up working perfectly for my bearded dragons terrarium. Used them as steps for him to get up onto his basking rock and he figured out how to use them very quickly and goes up and down them all day!!! They are nice and strong and hold my beardies weight very well. Absolutely love them and happy they worked out well!!

The more natural shape of the slate looks nice
My tortoise is using it to eat on, and to half-bask on. The little one likes to sit half on it and half off it to chill for a little too. The slate is a perfect thickness where it’s not too heavy. It’s like carrying around a plate whenever I handle it. It’s easy to clean, and I really like that it’s not a basic square or rectangle shape. T he more natural shape of it is aesthetically pleasing in my tortoise’s enclosure.It took me a while to finally bite the bullet and getting this instead of the basic rentangle ones, and I’m so happy that I chose this one. The quality is great, arrived in perfect condition, and has held up well to daily meals, and rough handling by me. Would recommend.
