The vent on the front pushes all the heat away from the inside of your vivarium, preventing your vivarium from getting to hot. Great for tropical species that like it cool. Loving it
Had this light installed in my bioactive set up for a couple of weeks now. My snakes and plants love it. I love the fact that it can safely be installed inside the terrarium because of the small amount of heat it produces. I can hold this light comfortably in my hand for an extended period after running for 8 hours.
