My mustang absolutely loves these heart shaped cookies…he’ll nicker and stretch out his lips for another one or two. He’d eat the whole bag of I’d let him. Got him an extra couple of bags for Christmas…that sure made his day!The quality ingredients and charity support make it worth the extra money. Great as a pocket size snack, nutritionally not much added
These come in a nice, small package at 14 oz, easy to carry to the riding barn. On the small side for those with horses at home. All my equines liked the biscuits but to be honest, they have never refused a snack unless it had meds in it or on it. My oldest guy with few teeth had a harder time eating these than some others I have given him. These are strictly a treat. They have no additives such as biotin, omega’s or vitamins and don’t provide any real nutrition, but on the plus side you don’t need to limit how many you give. Protein is a min of 7.8% which could easily be a little higher so it has a bit more nutrition but these are intended as a snack. Kind of like the difference between chips and fruit in people food; not that these are bad nutrition, they just add little.Easy travel size, horses eat them no problem.
