Dowels don’t fit the holes
A great product. Wood is good-looking. The design is good. It is substantial. Easy to assemble. Just what I needed. Price reasonable. But the dowels for the top step didn’t fit into the pre-drilled holes. I had to drill out the two holes to fit the dowels, and one support brace was glued incorrectly on one of the sides. I had to saw surplus wood off before the top step fit. The end product is exactly what I needed, but it was irritating that I had to do woodworking to assemble the piece.
