Only work for 2 months and died
Purchased this item in January and at first it worked really well for a 2 months and simply just stopped working! Won’t stay connected to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth just a huge disappointment because I really liked it when it was working. It just won’t work anymore

Decent but limited video calling device
I got this device for my mom thinking she might enjoy getting video calls from me while I’m traveling. My thinking was that she’d appreciate something simple and easy to set up. It works just fine but she said that she’d prefer to do our calls on her laptop. So much for trying to be helpful. The biggest gripe I have with this device is that it doesn’t support 5 Ghz wi-fi–that’s essential for quality video calling. It’s probably better as a cam to monitor your dog or keep an eye on the house. Nothing wrong with this at all but there are better options for video calling.

Two way camera
I originally got this to monitor my dog but honestly I use it more with my husband when weâre in different rooms of the house or with my sister who lives far away lol. Itâs a lot like having a FaceTime call without having to use your phone on my end. It works really well and the display screen is bright and wide so I can see the people Iâm talking to easily. I do wish it wasnât so expensive but Iâve gotten a lot of use out of it so I wonât complain. You can store recordings in a cloud like everything else now a days but since I donât use this for security I didnât bother with that. It was easy to set up and easy to use.

Reliable Two-Way Camera for Home Monitoring
This two-way camera is a good pick if you need to monitor your home. The 4MP camera is clear and detailed, The two-way audio is clear and lets you talk to pets or family. The phone app works well for remote viewing. However, the setup can be tricky and it might occasionally have connectivity issues. Overall, it’s a reliable choice for keeping an eye on your home.

Easy-to-Use Camera, Perfect for Monitoring Our Pup!
My wife asked me to order this because our young pup has some separation anxiety when sheâs away.
She wanted to see how he was managing and what he was doing while alone, and this camera does exactly what we need when placed in the right spot. Itâs been reassuring for my wife to check in and see our pup calmly resting, which has really helped with her peace of mind.
The installation is straightforwardâjust download the app and add the device. Like similar devices, it responds to a wake-up command. In this case, you say ‘Hello Kuka’ and wait for the response, ‘Hi.’ The video quality is clear, and the two-way audio lets us talk to our pup, which seems to soothe him when heâs anxious. We even caught him curiously tilting his head when he heard our voices through the cameraâit was adorable!
One feature I really like is how easy it is to share access to the camera with other family members. Plus, if you have two of these devices, you can even use them for video conferencing.
Overall, itâs a reasonably priced camera that serves its intended purpose well. If youâre looking for a reliable, affordable way to monitor your pet, this camera is a great choice!

I got this in the hope that I could use it as a simple video phone for my 87 year old mother who lives 250 miles away.
I’m very happy with it; it will definitely work as I intended it. The two way audio and video are both excellent quality. I can call the unit, or the unit can call me; great. You can also set up multiple other phones to pair with the unit; so, for examply, my sister or my wife could also call my mother, and vice versa.
There are just two things to be aware of if you’re using it for this kind of thing; firstly, you can use it to spy on people without their knowing. That may not be as sinister as it sounds; for example, if my mum had had a fall I could look around her sitting room to see if that’s the case. You can also set permissions so that nobody other than you can do more than make a video call, which can be accepted or rejected; so, for example, my sister and wife could be set up so that they can’t access the camera without my mum having accepted a call first, and even then they couldn’t move the camera (I think; to be tested).
Secondly, you can’t set this up remotely; in other words, I can’t send it down to my mum in London and talk her through the setup – I’ll need to be there with my smartphone in the first instance, using the app to add the device to her wifi.
As a nanny cam/baby monitor this will clearly also work very well. Be aware though that although it can alert you to detected movement, the camera doesn’t automatically track what it’s seen; only you can make the camera move. So it’s not really a security device, especially since it’s very obvious!
For me it’s five stars, though.

This two-way video camera is excellent for interacting with both elderly and young family members. With a simple one-button press, they can easily make video or voice calls. Equipped with a 4.3-inch screen with a resolution of 4MP, the unit delivers impressive video and audio quality. The device can also pair with multiple smartphones, adding to its convenience.
One standout feature is its smart alarm function, allowing multiple reminders to be set for daily activities. When an alarm is triggered, text appears on the screen, accompanied by a voice prompt. The app is easy to set up too. While this device may not be for everyone, it is thoughtfully designed for those who need it most. I recommend it without reservation.

AVOID – Cheap crap with poor video quality and a poor app – AVOID
Ordered as a product reviewer and i wish i had not, this has to be one of the worst cameras i have tested and the screen is absolutely pointless.
Video feed via an iPhone pro max is terrible, with a ruler 30cm form the camera on the HD setting you can clearly see the image is badly pixelated so this is not a 4mp camera at all, i have years old wb cams with better quality, the night vision is however surprisingly good at capturing in pitch black but again still low quality.
The camera control in the app is a pain, you need to toggle a PTZ switch in the app to bring up a screen joystick, other cameras you can do this right on the video feed anywhere on the screen without having to activate the function.
The device has had to be reset 4 times already for not re-connecting within the app, i have ran an update that seemed to be a false update and the app itself is very buggy and constantly loses connection to the camera, have tried this on a android tablet also… same issue. the advanced functions while they would be nice do not work, tracking of a person fails, you go to change the wallpaper and it fails so stuck with the girl on the screen on a few occasions the pan and tilt has stopped working.
Calling the device is hit and miss both ways, pressing and holding button one for 3 seconds calls the last caller, this only works 1 out of god knows how many attempts.
The screen is just a screen no other function than time and to provide 2 way video call feeds, voice control is also very poor, you start by saying “Hello Kula” and that’s it does not listen to other instructions even if said right after the evoking name is said. again this only listens to the wake up word when it wants.
My advice is to AVOID and not waste your money.

I’ve been using this to keep an eye on my dogs when I’m not home, as one of my dogs has recently became very nervous. This camera has been perfect for that, and the fact that it is a two way operation is amazing! I connect via my phone whilst out and if I can speak to my dogs through it. They were extremely confused for days, but I managed to teach them to recognise the screen – it helped that I also lowered it down more so it was more on their level. This has helped me keep an eye on my dogs and attempt to calm them down whilst I’m out. We’ve also used it to communicate with people who are in the house whilst out, as the app makes it very easy, it’s as easy as doing a call.

Okay, here are the downside – given that this is very expensive, I have too take into account the build quality, camera quality and overall functionality. I like that you get to appear in a call and move the camera around form the app, but you’re asked to join the subscription model in the app and also the video quality could be better, but keep in mind that you’ll also need to get a microSD card.
