Perfect for my mouse colony
The mice in my colony love these wheels. A single mouse can run it no problem. Multiple mice often run it at once. Sometimes they climb all over it or one hangs on and does loops while the others run. Entertaining for them. Entertaining for me. Everything about this purchase feels win-win.When it arrived, I opened the package and the wheel was surprisingly sturdy. The look, heft, and texture of it reminds me of old cast-iron furniture. I like that. Feels trusty. I almost forgot what it was like to buy a product and think to myself “this will last”.

Attentive seller, great customer service.
Mine came bent and I couldn’t get one of the screws in. I contacted the seller and they were very attentive in trying to fix the problem. I sent them photos and they assured me they’d see to the issue with the packaging and shipping department. It came in a bag, not a box. They offered a replacement, but I wanted a refund And even said I’d send it back if they emailed a label. They issued the refund without requiring the return. It took a week of back And forth because they’re in China and I’m in the Us so the time difference slowed it down a little bit they always replied within 24 hours and we’re very respectful and nice. Even when my original message wasn’t too friendly. They took care of the issue very well.The wheel was silent as advertised and so well made I couldn’t bend it back into shape lol. It’s very sturdy. If they fix the packaging issue it’d be a good deal.

Very Poor Quality
The wheel bearing separated from the wheel and got lost in my Degu’s cage. I had to lubricate the bearings to keep them quiet when it did work. Further, the way the wheel is retained by the frame is poor and easily bends away from the wheel causing the wheel to detach from the base when the animals are running hard. It’s a shame because my Degu’s will chew anything not metal. Disappointed in my purchase and my degu’s are now disappointed that they don’t have a wheel to run on.

Good for Guinea Pigs, Not for Hamsters
I bought the size too big for my hamster and it works perfectly fine though for a guinea pig. It does move a lot when the hamster was running on it

Rusted. No info/instructions
The base was completely different than what was pictured. Base arms did not attach – it’s almost like the wheel and base were from 2 different units. The whole thing was flaking(coating coming off EASILY) and the wheel itself was rusty. Cost is way too high for such a junky and damaged item.I am returning the item and replacing it with a similar but better-rated unit from another company. Don’t waste your time, money or aggravation.

This hamster will is a great size and made of good quality materials. Itâs great for letting your small pet exercise and have a good time instead of being cooped up in a cage not moving too much. It looks cool and itâs very fun to watch the animal running on it.
