Good for bathing dogs, not for deshedding.
The product is as described (though I notice that a few of the product images show a few more rubber spikes than this glove has. The one that says “Easy to clean” is accurate; the one that shows the dimensions is not). The back is net, and quick-drying. The front is rubber with short spikes. It looked very sad when I received it, as vacuum-sealing did the spikes no favors at all. They stood up after sitting in a warm room for 24 hours.I found the fingers very wide, and somewhat uncomfortable to wear. It was as though my hands were webbed. They were just long enough for my hands, which are a women’s size large. I would not get these gloves for a man with large hands. The wrist strap is secure.I tried them on a shedding beagle/collie cross, and on my wavy-haired doodle. For dogs, at least, these don’t seem to be a great product for deshedding. They do work, and the soft rubber is great at collecting hair from my clothes, but a slicker brush works much, much better. I think these would work better on a cat, since they have softer, finer hair that would stick better. The gloves were easy to denude of hair, but not amazingly so.I do think these will work great for soaping up my dog for a bath. The net backing should help lather really well, and the rubber spikes should help get the soap in without coating my hands in hair.

Dog approved!
Durable gloves for bathing your pets. I have a 90lbs Labrador Retriever who hates baths. The grooves on the palm of the gloves allow the shampoo to penetrate further into the coat. Of course, he likes it when I use these gloves dry just to brush/pet him. Very happy with these!

Not that effective
My dog is receiving biologic therapy for her cancer and one of the side effects is localized alopecia and increased shedding. I have tried so many brushes, but her fur is short so they don’t work that well. I had high hopes for these gloves, but the hair does not stick to the silicone material. They also did not fit my hands very well and the material was itchy to wear. I found them to be better for use during the bath as scrubbers.

Waste of product
These gloves that I purchase suck. I donât recommend getting these. They donât work. You have to pat your cat 100 times to get here off him. Itâs a waste of money and time so giving them a one star is a joke cause I canât give them no star.

Works great and doesnât scare the cat
We recently adopted a kitten and needed something to brush him. We initially tried the normal brushes but not only does he not shed a lot but he doesnât like the bristles. We ran the glove over him a few times and he seemed to really like it. I included a picture of this. I knowâ¦itâs not a lot of fur but he doesnât sheâs a lot. Heâs come to really like us using the glove. I guess itâs kind a like a massage to him. If you have someone who doesnât like bristle brushes, give this a try.

Big surface
The back of the hands is mesh which is great for a got day! Can use this on anyone furry including horses too. The knobs aren’t all very straight but that’s okay. I like that the Velcro on the wrist can be tightened so help keep them on your hands because otherwise they’re too big and would fall off.

I’ll still use them, but I don’t like the fit
I like the idea of these gloves for dog fur. The gloves gather up quite a few balls from my huskies. They seem to really enjoy the feeling and they don’t run away like the did when I tried to groom them with brushes. However, the design of the gloves need a lot of improvements. I have small hands so the fit is too wide and too long. My husbands’ hands are wider so the width fits him fine, but the length is too short.I have different types of gloves at home that I use to wipe down dust from counter or my plants and they fit great, more stretchy, and feels more natural and easier to use… similar concept, these gloves should be ablento mimic the design and add the rubber handbrush to the gloves… unfortunately, these feel stiff and unnatural to use because they are ill fitting and do not contour to my hands or the dogs’ bodies as I move from head to tail…I’ll probably keep using them because my huskies need de-shedding and they don’t run away from the gloves, but they need to design the gloves to fit better.

Decent for Short-Haired Pets, But Durability is Lacking
I tested the CEMZENFIX Pet Grooming Gloves on three different dogs, and while they work fairly well for removing loose fur from short-haired pets, their durability and cleaning process leave a lot to be desired. Hereâs my breakdown:Design and Build QualityThe gloves feel awkward to wearâthey arenât shaped quite like a natural hand, making them slightly uncomfortable to use.Full wrap-around design ensures they donât slip off.Back of the gloves is made of cheap mesh, which started tearing on the first use. The quality of this material significantly lowers the long-term usability of the gloves.Grooming EfficiencyThe gloves do a decent job grabbing topcoat fur, especially on short-haired and medium-haired dogs.Ineffective for undercoatsâthey donât pull much of the dense undercoat from my long-haired dog.All three dogs tolerated grooming well, acting as if they were simply being scratched rather than groomed.Ease of CleaningRemoving fur is frustratingâit doesnât peel off easily, and I had to use a hair pick to pull it out.Not recommended for washing, as the mesh material seems too fragile to hold up to repeated cleanings.Additional BenefitsMinimal improvement in sheddingâmy long-haired dog still sheds just as much as before.Short-haired dogsâ coats looked shinier, but I didnât notice a drastic change. No noticeable reduction in fur around the house.Overall ValueAt $10, the price would be fair if the gloves were more durable. As they are now, the mesh material makes them a poor long-term investmentâif they redesigned the back with stronger material, they would be much more worth it.Best suited for short- to medium-haired dogs, but not a great choice for heavy shedders or long-haired breeds.

Very impressed. I have 3 French bulldogs. Somehow all 3 of them have different fur than each other. One has thicker hair, one has courser hair, and one is more soft. All short hair, and all of them a constant shed. I always question if I get right down to their skin, and one has allergies and would love a deep scrub to help exfoliate. These gloves did a great job, thereâs little bumps in the gloves that do a great job at deciding the hair and getting right down to the skin. It does a great job at distributing the soap everywhere through the hair, again right down to the skin. The dogs seem to love it. The material of the gloves arenât hard, more soft silicone, so to rub it on the skin it feels more like a massage scratch than harsh scratching. The dogs loved it, and it brought up so much hair from the undercoat. The dog tub was coated in hair, more than Iâve ever gotten out of them. Theyâre great to have for rinsing too, help get all the soap out. Very easy to clean up, scrub them together and all the hair comes off in a ball. Washes up clean and ready for next time. The glove will fit most hands. I usually am a small, and I could tell there was plenty of room for bigger hands but whatâs great is the part that goes around the wrist is adjustable to make it comfortable for everyone. Did such a great job and the dogs feel so soft.

REVIEW – CEMZENFIX Upgrade Pet Gloves Grooming for Dogs, Grooming Gloves for Dogs, Cats, Rabbits & Horses with Long and Short Hair, Efficient Pets Hair Remover Mittens – 1 Pair (Blue)I thought these gloves would make a great addition to all my attempts at keeping my furry friend nice and groomed and not shed as much around the house :)I do find that the gloves grab some hair, it does make it easier when it comes to his belly as he will stay still for a rub, but not so much when it comes to a brush. I think these will work good when outside and can just let the fur fly!I did find these were really small fitting for my hand, I wear a men’s sized L/XL glove normally and as you can see in the pics that my finger go way past. I am able to put them on and make them function ok, but they are not very comfortable for me. The material does not give me the feeling of anything too much quality, the mesh is ok, I suppose it will keep the hand from sweating. The silicone nubs took a while before I could manually straighten them back out after being squished together in the bag.Overall, I am not sure it is good value for the money at $13, to be honest I would expect this quality from the dollar store, so maybe overpriced. They do function and pick up hair, so they work ok.

I think there are better gloves of this style than this out there. But they work. They donât fit super well, theyâre not for larger sized hands either. My small hands just fit but theyâre loose width wise. I used them for rubbing leave in conditioner into my dog and giving her a nice massage while removing excess hair. She loved it and had a nice relaxing sleep afterwards. I could also see these being used for scrubbing shampoo and conditioner in during baths. My dog has shorter hair.
Customer Review –
These de-shedding gloves are functional but somewhat disappointing. The gloves themselves are just a basic dual-layered mesh and they are cut in such a way as to look like they’re made for a cartoon character. The fingers are comically short, though the whole palm area fits my size M hands and my partner’s size L hands. It just doesn’t give you any dexterity with the fingers. Not the biggest deal, given the purpose, but it is annoying. The velcro fastening at the wrist too is cheap feeling, with that super stiff, rough velcro finish. The rubber hand portion is quite basic. The little “teeth” it has are just thin fringe-like nubs that come half smushed down because they are vacuum sealed and they don’t really want to return to standing. There also don’t seem to be as many teeth on the glove as there are in the photo. Now, with all that said, the gloves do seem to work okay. They do pull up fur from the undercoat and it does stick to the rubber bits and accumulate as you run your hand over your dog (or cat I guess). The problem is that once you have a hand full of fur, it is actually pretty hard to get it off smoothly. I’ve tried other gloves like these and all of those were much easier to remove the fur afterward. You can run these under water of course, which helps, but I ended up having to rinse off a lot more fur leftover on these ones than any others I’ve tried, so that much more fur is going into the sink or down your drain if you’re not careful.Ultimately, for the price point, these do work. I just feel you can get a much better experience for not an insane amount more.

My puppy is nine months old and she has grown quite a coat on herself this winter. With spring around the corner, Iâm ready to give her a good brushing. The gloves came vacuum packed. It took a little bit for the nubs to stand all up again. These gloves from CEMZENFIX are really self-explanatory. Itâs a set of two gloves. There are small little silicone nubs on the down side and mesh covering on the flip side. The wrists are secured with some Velcro. They were a bit too big for me and a little too small for my partner, but they did the job.The dog really enjoyed the prolonged patting. And the gloves collected a lot, so thatâs great.Theyâre soft enough to not hurt at all. I did find that we ended up with a brush that was covered with fur quite quickly. You have to kind of bend the glove to peel it off.I think these gloves do work well. Iâm thinking theyâll work outside for us even better. Then you donât have to worry so much about collecting fur in the house.Sheâs not fond of baths so we will go slowly and try and convince her that these would also make good washcloths.
