Excellent pet feeder with camera!
I’ve gone through 3 different ones of this type of product and this one has by far been the best! I like that the food holding portion is clear enough to see the amount of food inside but dark enough to conceal it. The camera is very clear and adjustable. The app works well and is easy to use and the sounds come through very clearly when listening or talking to your pet! ð»

For my cat / batteries are installed- 9 or 10 g portions /OK for fine tuning- Uninstalling & reinstalling appli on phone /OK automatic reconnection- power off & power on router /OK automatic reconnection- unplug & plug feeder /OK automatic reconnection (wifi)Could be improved- a larger angle for camera- night vision : to see the food you need to tilt the camera down, then the quality is reduced probably because of the white color of container (?)- No notification when food delivery. Just say no
Not worth the money, the feeder has a mind of its own, it connects and disconnects itself from your wireless for no reason other then itâs own. Several trips Iâve been on and the feeder goes âofflineâ so I canât feed my cats and have to once again call on friends to go do it for me. That defeats the purpose. Everything else in the house has no issue staying connected. Just this cheap quality feeder.

DOES THE JOB, NEEDS A BETTER CAMERA
Overall the feeder is doing itâs job. This is my 2nd feeder, but a different brand compared to the first one I own. I would have ordered the first one again if Amazon offered it but since they didnât I chose this one. I wanted a feeder with a camera. My first pic with the app screen included is this feeder. The 2nd pic is the old feeder I still have and I like the full view I get from it versus this one. Yes, the camera can be tilted on this one but I want to see how much food is being dispersed and this was the best angle to set this camera. I prefer the old feederâs camera with the full view, no tilting of a camera needed on this one. I get a full view of the bowl and everything in front of it, but not on this one. Other than that the app works well and itâs doing its job feeding my boys. Definitely recommend if the camera is not a big issue.

Not reliable as a feeder.
This automatic feeder is not reliable as a feeder. It releases food all the time by accident.Sometimes when I open the app on my phone to see what my puppy is doing, it releases food without me authorizing it. This is problematic because it makes it impossible for me to know how much food my puppy is actually eating throughout the day when I’m not home.On top of that, it’s not sturdy at all. If you touch the feeder by accident and it moves a little bit, it also releases food. So again, not helpful.The camera however does work, so I’ve been using it as a camera, not a feeder. I’m very disappointed and now I’m stuck with this device which is way too big to just be a camera.Do not buy it if you’re looking for a reliable feeder for your pet.

We have two and love them!
So, we’ve used these for almost a year now and we love them. I have one for the dog and one for the cat and they have been flawless for us. The app is a little clunky but does the job. I can see them eating on the camera when I’m gone so I have peace of mind. It will send a notification if the food gets low, and when the food is blocked. My dog gets a bigger portion and she eats it slowly so I do get a lot of notifications about it being blocked but it is because she isn’t eating it fast enough for it to dispense her entire portion at once. She continues eating it at her snail’s pace and then when it is cleared enough it will finish dispensing the rest of her portion. My cat is always starving so he will try to stick his paw in to see if he can get food to come out and sort of pokes it. Sometimes if you jostle it (or your fat cat does) it will drop a couple of pieces. Overall, I now depend on these things and it is awesome to know I can leave them for a few days and they will still be on a schedule and not have their entire week’s worth of food gone in a single day. Recommend!

Great when it works!
Well, I am hoping once I add another wifi extender this feeder will work more regularly. It worked great yesterday after we FINALLY got it hooked up to wifi. Then sometime overnight the wifi failed and it hasn’t worked correctly since. The timer/clock is off and didn’t reset correctly after switching the whole feeder off and back on. The camera works great and the speaker is good (a little too loud and not sure if there is a volume control.) Portions were great and again, when it worked, it was great. Hope it all works itself out when I get the extender.

Iâve used several dispensers in the past, however, this is the best one.It was extremely easy to set up (no issues with connecting to wifi) and the app is very user friendly. I love that there is a night camera function. I also like that there is no time delay when dispensing food. The only thing that would make this better is if you could control the camera movement (up and down through the app).

I love it – had another brand before, this one is much better – easiest to connect – I can check on my phone from anywhere that the food has dispensed and even if I see the cat – also a great extra security camera should anyone be in the house unexpected. I can view any time.

N’accepte pas les mots de passe supérieurs à 24 caractères. Mon routeur a été configuré avec 35 caractères pour des raisons de sécurité et cela fonctionne très bien avec mon cellulaire, ceux des amis, mon système d’alarme, mes lampes, ma télé, etc.. Avis aux intéressés car autrement l’appareil semblait avoir de belles fonctionnalités !!! J’ai modifié mon de passe WIFI à 20 caractères (lettres et chiffres) et tout fonctionne bien.
