Great product, great seller!
I have to share the positive experience Iâve had with this product. I bought this for my two year old for when he sleeps. He has had a few episodes where he goes into coughing fits, so this was appealing to me to have it trigger sound alerts. Easily pairs up with my phone. Picture quality is fantastic even in night vision mode. The setup is so simple. I bought this Aug â23, it stopped working in May â24, I chatted with tech support. They were quick to assist. The camera needed an update. They ended up just sending me a new one at no cost. This is a seller that cares a lot about their business and quality of their product!

My unit worked for about 7 months ish before it had issues with connectivity. The reset button didn’t work and I was unable to do factory reset. I re read reviews and realized this was a known issue in other reviews. I tried more times than I can count to reset and decided to purchase new unit. Using the app, I sent feedback and to my suprised I recieved a message offering me a replacement or refund. As I had already reordered a new unit and it was up and running in my parents memory care I asked for a refund. I supplied my amazon order info and with in 30 min was told I was credited with the refund. Pleasantly suprised at the customer service and appreciate the refund.

Same picture as my 4MB
Do not believe this is an 8MB camera. My 4MB same brand has same quality picture. Over 3 times the price and the picture quality isnât any better than the 4MB. Makes me wonder if it is even 8MB camera

Video Quality is superb
Their customer service is by far top tier. Whenever the troubleshooting issue persists they will gladly send out a replacement. I love this camera out of all the cameras I have for my toddlers room I have a 2 and a 1 year old so things can get pretty jungle like when I’m working from home and they’re in the room. I can speak to them, and see them. I can rotate around the room. I also give the password to my mom that stays on the west coast and I’m mid west. So she’s able to see her grand babies. My husband can see them when he’s away at work. Keeping us all connected ð¥°

Works great
Very easy to set up and connect to your phone. It charges fast and last a while too. The picture quality is great even at night. The camera works great. Ot is user friendly even if youâre not tech savvy. I also like that it has a cute silicone cover. Great product!

Beginner friendly
So this is the first camera Wi-Fi system I have used and have to say itâs been pretty smooth. I was able to set everything up and see live images. Itâs really a nice beginner camera if youâre not really tech savvy and itâs also a great camera system overall for those advanced smart people able to operate things like this. So far, so good! Been using it awhile so I wanted to see if it stopped working like others have mentioned so I gave it a long trial period and havenât been disappointed.

Could not get it to work
I have many of these sorts of camera’s, all very similar to this one, but different brands and the only one I’ve had issues with connecting has been this one. I struggled for most of the day with this one, resetting it, trying again, reinstalling the app, etc but finally just said forget it as I was close to just throwing it against the wall in frustration.So unfortunately, I was unable to review this thanks to having issues with set up.This is made in China, so the instructions have alot to be desired with translations in broken, not proper English, and it seems like there was quite a bit missing, especially in respect to troubleshooting.Maybe hire an actual English speaker to design the English portion of the instructions? Just a thought.
