Purchased for my cat; great product, but be careful with sizing for cats!
I ordered the small size for my cat; he’s quite a big boy for being 10 months old, so I got the small in anticipation of him growing, but honestly, I may have underestimated the size I need. 😂Regardless, it actually still fits quite well. I’m able to tighten the neck part up enough that it fits without him being able to slip either of his first legs into.It’s quite loose around his torso, however, though I’m hoping he grows into it a bit more.The sizing is definitely buyer error, so don’t think it being loose is a bad thing! All in all, I do believe a small will be a good size for him, but buyers getting this for a cat, please keep in mind that the small may be bigger than you expect! XSmall may be the way for you to go, especially if you have a smaller cat.Freyr (my cat) didn’t hate the harness, when I first put it on him. It’s his first harness, and despite not going about introducing the harness to him in the appropriate fashion, he let me put it on him, albeit with a bit of resistance.If this is your first harness for a cat, I highly recommend you look up a tutorial for harness training your cat!!I jumped right into it because Freyr has a very relaxed and playful personality. He thought I was playing with him at first, so I didn’t have much troubles getting it on him.Straight out of the package, the neck loop was far too loose and he quickly got one leg through it, but thankfully there is a clip on the neck part for easy removal. I tightened it up, and was able to get it to the perfect size for his neck.He’ll take some time to get used to the harness. I only made him wear it the first time for 15 minutes, but it fit him well, even for being a little bit on the big side. He didn’t seem uncomfortable in it at all, only a little awkward as he’s not used to wearing it.The material of the harness feels nice, and it feels sturdy. There’s two clips on the back and one clip on the front, making removing it very easy, even when Freyr flops over onto his side after giving up trying to walk with it on.Over all, I’m very happy with this purchase so far!!If I remember, I’ll update this once Freyr is used to the harness and I’ve started to walk him.

Lightweight and pretty color harness that runs big
The fushia is a stunning color and it doesn’t fade as I washed it immediately in hot water and hung to dry. My girl was between sizes. I should have sized down as the straps were several inches bigger than was listed and I had to take it apart and trim the straps and sew it back together. I will say I’m concerned on the durability. The webbing is not the best quality and it is sewn together without a lot of heft to it. A strong puller could rip the fabric from the straps. But if you have taught your dog not to pull suddenly, it should be fine for everyday walks. The material is very lightweight and seems to be a breathable mesh which is great for double coated breeds. I am not sure if it is escape proof. She’s only worn it a few times, but it does seem like with some maneuvering, she could get out of this because the fabric stretches slightly. Overall, it’s a great value for a cheap lightweight summer harness.

Surprisingly small but plenty of adjustment
This is the best harness on the market by far. This harness is highly adjustable to fit your dog well so your fur baby doesn’t escape.We own about 5 harnesses because it is difficult to find one that fits well and is convenient to take on and off our high energy 4-month old shihpoo who manages to escape from harnesses just from excited play.Our puppy tends to run hot so we like it doesn’t have a lot of heavy material but still has cushion to protect her neck and chest in the right place.

Nice harness for dogs
I wanted to share a recommendation for a lightweight harness and leash that works well for our foster dogs arriving from Korea. These harnesses are designed to be breathable and allow for full mobility, making them ideal for any dog.

This harness gets 5 stars for comfort for my dog. First, in case you don’t know, a real X harness let alone with 3 clips, is very rare. The X shape, if deep in front keeps the pressure of the leash away from the throat (too much pressure there especially in small dogs causes collapsed trachea) I’ve never until now found a harness that properly fit my (large) terrier mix 20 pound dog. She is very muscular, thick in neck and deep in chest. This one does. I sized as per the size guide, fingers crossed, noted that it supposedly had 3 clips, one at neck and 2 on girth, although the image only had 2 clearly shown, and 3 is necessary because she shies at over-head and skitters at step-in harnesses, and she is a Houdini escape artist if the harness is poorly fitted. There are 3 clips where they are supposed to be. The harness is light, not a combat-weight harness like so many that overpower a slight wiry dog. It is a proper X recessed design down the chest in front, alleviating pressure on the trachea. It was super easy to adjust and there is even a little margin left in the straps. We have been at this collar/harness game for 11 years now, and I am very satisfied with this harness and the fit. This is a good purchase.
