Favorite baby monitor. Easy to link with others from the company and if you have a problem linking them chat with the company. They stood by their product for me. Easy to use and install. Good quality sound and picture!

Great Product!
I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to bragging this up. It has dual wifi or antenna capabilities. The antenna can reach all the way to my neighbors house more than 100 ft away. The ability to play music has helped my little one. Something worth mentioning is that my daughter’s sound machine is directly next to the camera/mic and it picks up the sound machine and tunes the audio of the machine down so that I can actually hear any peep from my daughter. Basically like a background noise cancelling thing. The ability to move the camera around and zoom in and out remotely is awesome. I can rotate it to either be on the crib or view the entire 10×10 room in one shot. Been using it for over a year and the battery portable charge lasts almost all day if left unplugged and on. Bonus if you don’t want to actually install it on the wall.. I was able to use a spring clamp on the camera and clamp it to a piece of furniture because the camera has a mounting area that has enough space for that.

My child is now 3 years old, so weâve had this monitor since my baby shower for her. I will say this is NOT a good product. The battery life has always been awful and progressively has gotten worse as time has gone on. I can have it plugged in all night, 100% charged, unplug it, take it to another room and within 5 minutes itâs beeping that it is dead. So it almost always has to be plugged in so it will work. That is my main issue with this monitor. Additionally, the connectivity issues are also a problem. It will be connected just fine for a few minutes and randomly disconnect, itâs a fight sometimes just to get it to stay connected. The one thing I do like about the monitor is the app. I have not had many issues with viewing the camera on the app. Normally I can look on my phone if the monitor is not connecting and it is fine.

Went on vacation, forgot the baby Monitor, — was looking into one for home that had better range, — had this drop shipped to a whole foods where we were. The old one was uninstalled as soon as we got back home. The ability to use the Device OR our phones, even if we’re out and can check in with the babysitter. Is really great. I’ve recommended all my friends put this one on their baby registry.

Works well, battery sucks
I wanted to wait a few months to use this before writing a review.So far this baby monitor has worked well. There has been a few frustrations but for the most part it works as intended.The good:-Large screen-Clear picture-Good sound-Camera is able to move around and zoom in/out-I like that it has a dimming mode. After so much time the screen will dim so itâs not so bright in your face all night.The bad:-We have had several instances where the monitor just doesnât work. It says itâs not connected to the camera. Sometimes we have to unplug the camera just to get the monitor to work again. It was happening quite often in the beginning. So much so that my husband wanted to return it. Practically every time we tried turning it on it wouldnât work at first. We always had to wait 5-10 minutes, turn the monitor off and on a few times or just unplug the camera in order for the screen to come up. But recently we havenât had any more issues. I began to realize if I tried turning the monitor on while it was plugged up it seemed to cause issues. If I take it off the wall plug in and then turn it on it doesnât have any issues. Not sure why that is. But just be aware. Other reviews mention this problem as well.-The battery sucks. Thereâs no kind way to put it. The monitor will barely last 2 hours. Even if you have it turned off. Once you take it off the wall plug-in donât expect it to last long. Even if itâs turned off all the way the battery still drains. This is something vtech really needs to look at improving.

Nice product – Good camera and display
I was little hesitant to buy this after reading all the review but still decided and purchased this as I made up my mind to return this in case if not satisfied after using it.. now I am glad that I have this product and it really helps me to monitor my baby all the time through the display to has and also from phone when I am outside.. Battery life is good and I am not seeing any issues after a week usage in the display battery.. motion detection is excellent, night mode and picture quality everything is good.. I Iâm love this product and I am very happy with it..

Me parece un excelente producto. Es nÃtida la imagen y el sonido es claro. Lo mejor es que desde donde esté (mi oficina) puedo ver a través del celular a mi bebé mientras está en casa. La única debilidad es la baterÃa, pero nada extraordinario, se puede mantener conectado, y cuando realmente sea necesario desconectarlo. Gran producto.

Works as expected with one missing feature.. the camera unit always has to be plugged in with charger .. and doesnât have a battery backup so cannot be placed anywhere.
