Needs itâs own WiFi, wonât work off of the Verizon subscription I pay for the Pet monitoring
Donât waste your money, I would rate it a zero. It is not user friendly like a Blink or Ring camera. When I reset it, it still is offline. It wonât allow me to remove it and when I try to communicate with tech support I canât get past the questions.I want to return both the Waggle and the rv camera but I need to reset them so my information wiped out. Waste of money and the Verizon subscription.Update: Still a zero rating. It needs separate wifi connectivity and the Waggle Pet Monitor wonât accommodate itâ¦. I had every intention of returning it but it was a 30 day ( I thought I had 90 days) return and we were traveling without the packaging to do it from the road. What makes it worse is it is now $10 less than what I paid for it to never work. Officially the worst purchase I have made.

Works pretty well but has gone offline a couple of times
I like having this camera for my pups but a few times it has dropped off the wifi and then I can get it back online, but can’t seem to point lower to the crate where I lock my puppies up when we leave. Even with the toggle i can get it to pint liw enough to see the crate. Maybe it’s my user error and haven’t quite figured it out but I don’t like that it goes offline. I have to admit my husband unplugs it occasionally while we are just in our RV so it’s not always recording everything we’re doing. Really only want it for when we leave the RV. I do love that it follows motion around. Hopefully we will eventually be able to leave our puppies out of the crate when we can trust them to not chew up everything in the RV, and we can fully appreciate the motion as they move around when we’re not there.
