High quality, feeds tons of finches.
Nyjer seed feeders are a great way to attract finches and other small birds without having to worry about seed husk mess, squirrels, refilling the feeder every-other day or plumping up the local doves and grackles that youâre not especially interested in. Good quality and always fresh (weâve gone through 6 or 8 bags in the past year and have never had a bad one). We refill weekly in a high traffic feeder which has birds on it most of the day. Recommended.

So far little interest
We have put this in one of our feeders to discourage the bossy cowbirds who were chasing others away. So far not much interest in it though finches seem to like it.. Seed is of excellent quality but birds not too interested at the moment.

In my part of western Pennsylvania the local birds love this type of seed. I have purchased the varietal packages before but not the birds will sift through everything to get at the small black seeds. Now. Happier birds.

Best Nyjerr on the market
This will sound weird but I love this brand so much I called the Wagners company and told them. I was using this brand and my yard was filled with yellow, red and purple finches. I grabbed a bag of another brand at Wal-Mart because of availability during covid. The finches would not eat it! I thought maybe the seed had gone bad so I bought a different brand on amazon, only my red finches would peck at it. After 5 months I was able to get a hold of Wagner’s and a couple weeks of solid feeding and my yard is filled with finches again!
