Weâre building a cat walk and adding a few items at a time. Our cats love this so far! We painted it to match the colors of the other items. It was pretty easy to assemble. The instructions werenât the best but itâs pretty easy to figure out.

Four stars since it didn’t come with the proper screws for drywall installation. How many people have concrete walls really? That’s what’s included, concrete wall supports.Other than that the item is great! Installed super quick and only took about 30 minutes. Not all the wood pieces are labeled, so you need to decipher the piece based on the pictured instructions. The instructions didn’t make sense at first, but after watching the video in the description, I was able to fill in any gaps the instructions had.Our cat loves it so far. He likes being at eye level with us and loves to play on it. We leave random treats on different levels to surprise him every now and again. We want him to be curious is there are secret treats so he engages with it as part of his daily activity. This helps with our cats health. He was so strong when we got him and slowly his climbing ability just wasn’t the same. This has totally changed that. He is climbing all over it and running up and down like a ninja in pajamas.It looks great in the room and isn’t too large. Since I installed it with my own screws, they were of good quality and it makes the whole unit feel stable enough for his shenanigans. We are already thinking about how to expand this further to give the little demon more play space around the rooms.

Eh, who am I kidding? That gray definitely came out blue. So I broke the cardinal rule of staining and didn’t sand it because I didn’t want to mess up the finish too much. It took a couple of coats, but came out VERY nicely. We put ours up with a catty-corner instead of straight because there isn’t an awful lot of wall space. It works great, though.
