The Woodpeckers Give Them Top Marks!
My birds love these spicy suet balls! From little juncos and sparrows to acorn and Nuttalls’ woodpeckers, everyone seems to be pretty big fans of these!We started off buying a far more expensive brand from our local backyard bird shop, but our front yard freeloaders became such huge fans that we needed a more economic alternative and these suet balls fit the bill with flying colors! Hell, for a rare treat I’ll even toss one to my chickens and they give it the thumbs-up (or would, if they had thumbs)!

It took over a week for the birds to start using the feeder. Now, titmouse and house wrench are all over it. None of the larger birds have used it. I bought this product because of the quality, but I do feel it is too expensive. Weâll see how long this first set of suet balls last.

These are as advertised and suet. Some I have purchased from other companies are smaller in size and not suet but some kind of a “dough”. Satisfied with the purchase. They are no melt so will keep in warmer weather if not used.
