Made feeding times simple and easy
This has made keeping our cats fed simple and easy. No more scooping out of the bag multiple times a day to make sure that they get correct portions. I love that this has portion controlâone of ours is pleasantly plump and needs to slow his food intake. I will admit that setup was a bit difficult to understand at first but once you figure out one setting, the rest is seamless. Itâs also a good idea to do test runs with different portions to ensure that your pets are getting adequate amounts. Great quality, functionality, and sleek design!

Game changer! So glad I bought it
This machine is a game changer for me. I donât worry about being out of the house anymore. The app integration is so amazing and user friendly. I can see that my kittens are eating which is nice to know which cat has been eating and maybe which isnât. It even warns me when thereâs been food detected at the opening, if the food is low, and when my kitten are approaching to eat. Itâs also sturdy and my kittens havenât been able to get into it. Highly recommend.

Wonderful customer service
This dual feeder worked great for weekends when we travel and is fairly easy to program. After about a year of use, it started getting jammed up and wouldnât dispense food. I cleaned it and reset it and it would work again for a while, then jam up again until it finally just wouldnât dispense. I reached out to customer service and they b/c it was within the 2 year warranty window, they offered to replace it quickly. I appreciate that level of customer service and standing behind a product and would definitely recommend this product.

Perfect when I go away
I bought this automatic feeder for my two cats for when I go away for a day. It is perfect for them. They hear the food drop into the bowls and they come running. There is a camera that I can control the angle and bowls that come with this machine.I had a little trouble connecting to WIFI in the beginning of setting this up but once it connected it’s super easy to use. Camera is great and fun to watch my cats eating. I don’t usually feed them hard food only wet food but this does the job if I need to be away from home. So far so good, had it for over a week now.

great automatic feeder, better than my last one
have had this pet feeder since November (over 3 months) and it’s been great. had a different 2-cat feeder that broke which had a worse design – this one has a better tank for food and a better designed area for bowls. the buttons can be a little confusing but I am able to reprogram it easily enough without pulling out the manual or anything. wish it was easier to see when it’s empty though – often the little window looks empty but it’s actually half full, so then I won’t realize when it’s actually empty

Iâve been using this feeder for two months, and it works perfectly. I havenât experienced any jams, even with both smaller and larger cat food sizes. Itâs easy to take apart and clean, keeps the food fresh, and does a great job sealing in the smell.

I am super impressed with the quality of the product, the quality of the video and the ease of setting all of it up. After reading some of the reviews, I was a little skeptical and worried, but so far as am pleased with everything about this feeder. Even the app is easy to set up and schedule the feedings. I’ll update in a couple of months, I’ll edit if anything changes, but so far I am so happy I chose this one.

I found this product is not from an American company as implied on tha Amazon site. It is a Chinese company. Furthermore you are required to download their app The app requires your network login credentials and I suspect that their data servers are located in China. If you care about the security of your home network beware of these WiFi enabled devices in your home. If you donât care if every device on your network is susceptible to hacking or hijack then go right ahead and purchase this item. Amazon seems to lack transparency when it comes to the origin of the sellers and the origin of the merchandise sold on their platform.
