Excellent Camera!
I originally purchased the WUUK Y0310 indoor camera in December 2024 and liked it so much I picked up another a month later. Then 2 more model:Y0510 shortly after that. Overall I really like these cameras. They’re easy on the wallet (I paid ~20 USD for each camera on sale) and work very well.I actually discovered an error with the software. When I would try to replay a video on the android app, instead of playing the entire video it would only replay the last few seconds. I messaged support about this and after a few back and forth emails they updated the app and fixed the problem. That is excellent support in my opinion.The Y0310 are fixed cameras where as the Y0510 can rotate and has the option to follow when it sees motion. Both have a nice wide view and even at night without the night vision enabled, they can see really well. If you have ever tried to use a webcam as a security cam, you know at night its a black static field without a light source. Not so with these the picture is very clear. I don’t use the infrared night vision as all my cameras are sitting in front of a window and it reflects making it impossible to see. The options like motion detection, human detection, cry detection, motion tracking (Y0510) are all available right out of the box. From what I’ve read some other companies charge a monthly fee for this.There is a multi camera view option where you can watch up to 4 cameras at the same time. When I first hooked up my second camera I would occasionally get a disconnection error message and had to refresh the camera. Not a big deal but when I hooked up my 3rd camera, a warning appeared saying I would need a high quality WiFi connection to support more cameras. The occasional disconnect was suddenly happening all the time, from once or twice a day to every 10 minutes and sometimes all 3 would disconnect at the same time. I began looking into my modem/router (Hitron) settings and under the wireless 2.4G settings I found my channel bandwidth was set to 20MHz by default. I changed it to 20/40MHz and set the wireless channel to 7 as I saw most people around my neighborhood was on 11 (I was too). Now I haven’t had a single disconnection for a week and counting.Lastly if your wondering if you can use these on your PC then the answer is YES! With Bluestacks I have 3 cameras being displayed on their own monitor. I initially setup the cameras on my phone app and when I added the app to the virtual phone they all showed up automatically. I believe the app saves your setup through the play store which made set up super easy. I attached a picture of the app on my PC, the top left is the Y0510 and the other two are Y0310. Image taken at 8:25pm, well after the sun has gone down.

We ordered this indoor security camera for our nursery, itâs our first baby and needed something that would help put our mind to ease this has the capabilities of 2 way audio and GOOD night vision. This is an excellent camera I am happy with the quality of resolution, ease of use, and connection. Being able to speak is an added bonus, when she wakes up I sing to her and it calms her down til I get to her. I can operate it from my phone and I get alerts for motion detention. I love being able to check in while at work when daddy has her, it gives me such peace of mind. You truly canât beat the price on this . All the great features and such a low price. So happy I went with this one.

A good puppy cam for a reasonable price
Overall I like this camera. It does what I need it to do to, keep an eye on my puppy. I got 2 and both pick him up when he moves around. Installing a memory card was simple once I did an software update. And setup the cameras was very straightforward. Picture quality is good. If I had to say anything negative is that the motion tracking doesn’t seem to work. Though I could be doing something wrong. And it’s not a big deal for me. Overall Im happy with the cameras. Will update if anything changes. I can’t really talk on the talking function as I haven’t used it.

WORTH IT!
I ended up really liking this camera. It was a last minute purchase, but the picture is surprisingly good and the set up was very easy. It has a 360 view and is very easy to use through the app. I got it before I left for a week long trip so I could watch my pets when they were left alone. My sister and cousin would rotate out being here on and off, but when they left and during the late nights is when it got interesting.𤣠It has good picture with or without light. I was shocked at how well the picture was with darkness. You can also mount it and came with the extra pieces to mount it, but I havenât done that yet, but plan to. I have two dogs (I lodged them at their doggie hotel during my trip) and two kittens and the kittens havenât been left much and when my sister and cousin would leave for work, they do what kittens do, and knock every down. I didnât take the time to mount it to anything and decided I would use the the audio and speak to them, and this is what I got! I had my cousin to set the camera back up, so itâs also durable so far! So it will be mounted for the next time. Overall itâs a good product and reasonably priced, and I am even considering another one for another room.

Amazing quality Images
This is one of several cameras we currently use, I needed a new one for my office/ shop and decided to try the Wuuk Pan wired camera. It was extremely easy to set up, I had absolutely no issues linking it with my Alexa , my phone, and my computer. It was up and running in about 5 minutes. All necessary installation hardware was included so hanging it was a breeze as well. Im most impressed with the image quality, I can zoom in across a 40 foot shop and read text on a box – My other cameras are so fuzzy you can barely tell there is text on those boxes! the Modes option in security allow me to set times for notifications to be on and off, and the constant recording option is a great plus as well. I had one issue where the camera would not link to view live stream after a power surge during a thunderstorm, I contacted support and they got back to me within a few minutes and had reset the ap and had me up and running again… and that was on a Saturday afternoon! So have to say the customer service has impressed me as well. I would and will be recommending this camera to others !

Fast delivery and nice product as my other WUUK cameras. Iâm very satisfied with the quality of the camera, and seating it up was very intuitive and easy. I use smart doorbell and outdoor cameras from the same brand, so that all of them are in one app on my phone. Whenever thereâs an notification, I know immediately where motion was detected (all cameras are named as there locations). Iâm glad to have another great addition to the WUUK family.

As a total novice to security cameras and how they work, I had no idea what to expect. WUUK was recommended to me as a easy to use, and very good quality system. That is so true. It was set and working perfectly within about 15 minutes of getting it out of the box. The instructions are very straightforwarda nd easy to follow. Picture quality is superb, sound is excellent and it si salso very clear in the dark. Great product and great customer service.

I bought the WUUK video doorbell pro a few weeks ago and had trouble pairing it with the app. However, Emily in customer support provided fantastic service and kindly and gently walked me through the process and it was paired in no time. The doorbell works great and Iâm very happy with it.Consequently, because of my positive experience I bought these two pan & tilt cameras for inside the house. They paired to the base station (which I got when I bought the doorbell) really easily and I was up and running within a couple of minutes. Itâs really easy to configure the cameras in the app (I switched off the notifications as otherwise Iâd be pinged all the time) and configure the settings as to how you want them.The cameras pan & tilt really smoothly and very quietly and turn almost 360* – they have a good range too and are easily controlled seamlessly through the app. The live videos and images are very clear during the day and the night vision works pretty well too.However, you have to buy an SD card for each camera (an extra expense) to store the recordings if you want to go back and view them later (which youâll most probably want to do) as the base station does not store the recordings for these cameras like it does for the doorbell. Maybe this could be done in the future with a firmware update?You can also go for the cloud subscription (itâs great that itâs not a requirement) so you can view videos on your laptop via the web etc. However, itâs $5pm which is $60 per year which sounds okay. BUT thatâs only for 1 camera! Each camera needs a separate subscription so for two cameras itâs $120py for 3 cameras itâs $180py â 4 cameras itâs $240 etc. It soon adds up and becomes quite pricey so I wonât be subscribing to that. WUUK should offer a bundle discount or have a cheaper pricing point for the cloud subscription.Overall, Iâm very happy with the cameras and with the amazing customer service provided by Emily. Iâve ordered two more cameras (will have four in total) so yes, I would recommend.
