One camera stopped working 2mos after purchase. Customer service was a joke. My 2nd camera works when it wants to. Its constantly muffled or will make a clicking noise or it will turn & face the wall. So what’s the point of me even using it. ððððððð

Been using the wyze cameras for years and years. Love them so much. I love that u don’t need a membership and how easy they are to connect. I have several of them inside and outside including a floodlight that we live so much.

GET this v2.0 before they are are gone. The v2.0 have free features that you need to pay for in v3.My son loves this for his new apartment. He can literally see the WHOLE apartment (very wide angle) except Bedroom & WC. He can use it to interact with his pet while he is at work.He also uses it to monitor the movements of his landlord during the monthly inspection.The camera is VERY good at NOT falsely alerting him while his pet is moving. He can easily & instantly move the camera from work if he needs to.The monthly fee to save all the recordings ( in case an incident happens) is dirt cheap – at less than $3/month.Highly recommended.

We got a new puppy and I bought this to be able to see her when we went out and it is perfect. Very clear visual at night and it tracks her around the room. Fantastic camera and so easy to use.

In LOVE with this camera, which we’re using as a baby monitor. VERY glad we didnt spend more for another video baby monitor. However, first one “bricked” when we ran the firmware update. No complaints as Amazon refunded and replaced it right away.Recommend to use an old phone or tablet to look after the baby as you won’t hear what’s going on in the nursery if you have the app minimized on your phone while using other apps.

So I bought this camera to replace the first version I purchased about 5 yrs ago and it works perfectly. The first version had stopped recording the 12s in CamLite which is all I need these camera for ie sound and motion detection. Also I could no longer do the updates which is probably why it stopped working too. The new camera works again with CamLite so I got my 12s of recording back and the night recording in colour is also an added bonus. The camera does what it says itâs suppose to do and the price is just right for the camera. Iâm glad I made the upgrade.

Really disappointing. This is our second Wyze product, first one worked like a dream. This one unfortunately continues to shut down daily, incredibly finicky when attempting to restart and faulty system even when it does work (camera pans on its own, away from target view, without any prompts). Purchased as a baby monitor, therefore bought before baby arrived and only started using after the 30 day return window closed. At the very least, if you buy this item, test it out for at least 2 wks while the return period is still open.
