Perfect “starter kit” for a bird friendly yard
I recently moved and now have a small yard, so I wanted to start gardening and attracting wild birds. This was the perfect item to get me started! Already came with a water bowl, food bowl, and suet cake holder. I bought another metal bird feeder (see pic), but if you aren’t attracting tons of birds, the included bowl may be sufficient for you. All I really needed was the seed! My birds here like a high-quality wildlife blend, and I add extra black oil sunflower seeds to attract cardinals (I have a male and female who visit regularly – female is in the photo – we named her Nelly).The pole itself didn’t seem very sturdy once fully assembled (which took my boyfriend about 5 minutes), but once in the ground with items hanging on it, it’s just fine. Doesn’t sway and has held up well in high winds. I almost removed the water and food bowls, thinking the placement was not adjustable, but it is VERY easy to move them up, down, to the side, however you see fit — now I love them! I love that this comes with 4 hooks on top! It holds a small plant very well (I switch between my strawberry plant and impatiens). Not strong enough for a heavier flower basket — keep it small, or use the hooks for bird items only!I had to move the suet cake holder to a lower-hanging tree branch, since the weather has been getting warm some days and causing the fat to drip from the suet cake (when I had the suet holder on the hooks it dripped into the water bowl or whatever was underneath. In cool weather, this wouldn’t be an issue).Overall I was VERY happy with this purchase, and as I mentioned earlier, it includes pretty much everything you need — just add a quality bag of bird seed to your cart as well!

Few Flaws
Because it comes in pieces it is susceptible to rusting where the pieces fit together and the plastic tray will not hold up in the winter. But it does its job and the tray can be replaced.

Sturdy
Itâs lasted almost a full year now. Better and thicker pole than the double hooks we got last year. Some of the double hooks didnât make it through the winds these last few months and some are standing crooked, but the quad hook with the thicker pole is still standing just shy of straight. Good quality for the price.

sturdiness complaints are for the arm holders, just not as tight as you would think. but the center pole is solid and if you can put even weight on various side arms, its great for the price.

Sturdy, pretty, easily rusted
Easily assembled – the hooks were weird but doable. Supports the bird feeders and stands up under the weight of squirrels jumping on it. Engineered oddly with the water dish under all the bird feeders. One day of rain over the first week, and rust is already apparent. The birds like it, so I’ll keep it as long as it holds

I canât tell you how much I love this feeding station. It was so easy to assemble. It has several hooks are very sturdy and will hold what I need. They even included a feeding sock I was expecting. The bowls are removable for easy cleaning. It is so pretty. It has a bowl included for water. Iâve never seen one like this before. I need to order another one.

Nice little setup
Only reason I’m not going 5 stars is the water pan has nothing holding it in place if there is a big wind. We just added some rocks but overall this is a nice little bird station. They use it a ton.

Didnât have high hopes because of a couple of reviews but this is great!All the pieces came, no damage, itâs huge and itâs sturdy.The only thing, which is minor is the mesh tray hasnât been welded all the way so itâs a tad wobbly but so far itâs doing fine. Can always melt it back on ð.Itâs way taller than expected, I needed a ladder to do the top piece but I am short.Worth the price anyway, will purchase again if needed.

I ordered this bird feeding pole and was nervous. I never got a tracking number until I was ready to cancel the order and the people basically gave me a run round. When I got the pole I was actually impressed. I set it up and brought it outside. Hung ONE bird feeder off of it, and walked away.My hubby got home from work 5 mins later and told me it was on the ground. The spike bent and its garbage. Well thatâs great. Thanks for the garbage
