Cat carrier
I bought this for my daughter and her new cats. She has a hard one from her cat that passed but when she adopted 2 cats she needed another one. She and the cats love it.

Very Spacious for Fat Cat, Cat Approved
My 12 lb cat loves this carrier. She likes popping her head up and looking around. She willingly gets into this carrier and loves being in it. Very spacious and the mesh is thick enough that she couldnât claw out. She was in it for a long international travel day and it held up well. Even after that long day, she still willingly gets inside.

Very poor quality
Product stinks of plastic or vinyl when opened. The “hard” liner for the bottom does not go into a sleeve or anything…it just lays in the bottom of the carrier. The zippers are difficult to work, and the “canopy” is a real pain to attach and is very low quality mesh. I returned it and will try another brand. The idea is good, but the execution is poor.

Kitty loves it
Used this carrier to move my black kitty cat and he loved it. I opened it a few days before move in day and he took to it right away. I placed treats around it and inside to get himself familiarized with it and when it was time, he had no issues during transport. It is spacious and has great ventilation.

Not crazy about this
There are a lot of zippers on this thing! It’s tricky to get a recalcitrant cat in there and zip everything at the same time. The short handles barely clear the top when the top is popped up. What does a cat need with a sunroof anyway? The long adjustable strap unbalances the carrier when I sling it over my shoulder. The velcro padding is attached in a weird way, so that the velcro part doesn’t quite fit together while it covers the strap.I love soft sided carriers for storage convenience. But I’d choose a different model. The cat, of course, gives this carrier a 0 out of 5. Because nothing fun ever happens when the cat carrier comes out!

A bit large for several airlines
This is great for vet trips and my cat likes to lounge in it, but for airlines the dimensions are a bit large if flying Spirit, American Airlines, Frontier or Jet Blue as those airlines have slightly lower seats making 9 or 10 inches the max height for your pet. Otherwise it fulfills the remaining requirements for the airplane and is a great option outside of flights. Opening the top portion is not ideal or easy and closing is just as bad, so plan accordingly. There will be a gap where your pet can escape when attempting to open or close the top depending on what your end goal is.

Good Product
The lightweight polyester material of the YUDODO expandable pet carrier is a huge improvement over the hard plastic carriers I previously used to transport my cats. The edges of the carrier space are reinforced to help hold shape, the mesh material is easy to rinse if stained. The handles and padded shoulder strap make this a carrier that an older woman like me can carry easily. The size is substantial enough to allow my felines to move for comfort, and they like the expandable mesh top for looking around. The entry window on the front allows for easy entry and exit. I don’t have plans for airline travel with my pets but I can attest to the comfort and convenience for taking the fur children to the vet or to visit family.

Well made and sturdy pet carrier!
The YUDODO 20 lbs Top-Expandable (Removable) Pet Carriers Airline Approved Mesh Cat Carrier (or small dog) is a solid, very well-made product. Can’t say our dog loved it, but it was roomy and the expandable top provides even more space and let’s the pet put their head up and see out. It’s easy to put together and is fully collapsible for storage or transport when not in use as a carrier. It could easily accomodate two cats (unless they’re major chonks, lol).
