Great product, little small

Super soft, very moist. Love this soil. Itâs my favorite that Iâve used for my snake.
I love that this soil has bits and pieces of other bark like substrate. It is so moist, perfect for reptiles to move comfortably in. It is light weight too. I ordered a small bag, but will definitely order more next time!

Great for tarantulas
Started using this for my tarantulas . Mix with play sand to stretch it out and inhibit mold . Works well. A little pricey for what it is.

No mixing
Miles, red eared slider turtle loves this. Before I found this I was buying all the stuff and mixing it together. She was ok with it but now she’s in nesting area more and mixing it more and comes out smiling

Substrate particles were to small
Product was used for my turtois table, problem is that the particles are so small and dust like that it has to be mixed with larger particles like crushed bark. Otherwise it would get into their eyes and cover it’s good making a mess of dust. Not happy at all, very disappointed!!!

Great substrate fot tortoise
Great substrate for our tortoise. Convenience of having it delivered to home. Fast delivery.
Good sand but way over priced –
24 court bag would be the Best Buy and value! the 4 court for $20 is pricey but perfect for a top layer in a 10 or possibly 20 g but not enough if this is your main substrate layer

J’adore pour mes mygales. Le prix est ok mais la.quantité pas assez quand on a plusieurs gros terrariums . Moi 2 sacs me.suffient pour mes petits terrariumsJe ne sais pas s’il a de plus gros sacs .

Pretty darn expensive for the amount you get but it’s a very solid substrate. If you have something like an LP tarantula I’m sure it would love this substrate. Not for arid species and desert dwellers.I’ve seen some people mention thorns… I’ve dug around in this substrate more than I’d like to admit and I’ve never ran into any thorns. No mites in my bag either, which is always good.

Added it to my bioactive frog vivarium. So far it’s pretty good. Frog approves

I got this as it was recommended for tarantulas, after that I now also add it into the substrate mix I use in my leopard gecko, crested gecko and ball python tank as well. Also is the perfect consistency to use for background builds when using a substrate to silicone to foam.
