This is perfect if you are looking for a starter kit it comes with everything my only three are: I would go an buy extra lights because the ones in this go out fast and the hide is way to big for a baby to feel comfortable in much less an adult snake you can see into it. My last complaint is the sticker on the water bowl it comes off but leaves residue sticky on it you canât even get it out with a scrubby I tried so just be careful with it. Put the stickers on the bottom of things please. Well other then that itâs perfect.

This is a great kit by a reputable company for a decent price. The things that I liked about the kit were the heating pad, light fixture, and a way to fix the light fixture to the tank. I am not a fan of the blub that is included as it does not provide UVA or UVB that reptiles need. I also dislike the reptile carpet as it can easily harbor germs. Although it does work well for when you first get your reptile friend and need to keep them in more of a quarantine environment for the first 2 weeks. The humidity and temp gauge is crap, don’t use it, it isn’t accurate.Overall, it is worth it for the heat mat and light fixture.

So many broken parts and cheap materials
Filter didnât work on the first kit so they sent a replacement⦠itâs no better. Basking dock came broken, paint chips off in turtleâs water, filter KEEPS quitting, and one of the lights immediately stopped working. Iâve had it with this kit. And now the return window closed 4 days ago.

Perfect kit to get started pr re-up supplies. UVA + UVB & Vitamin A are *not* included.
Comes with heat, light, food (won’t work for amphibians), they’re all necessities for reptiles and amphibians and included, plus a soft carpet liner, hygrometer with temp gauge, and the best part of all – the 5.5″ dome & the spring triangle to hold it to your mesh top. Just be aware, most animals need a strong source of UVA & UVB lighting to build strong bones and especially Vitamin A to stay healthy from infections (including frogs and toads).These are great kits to grab initially when you get a new friend, and to re-up those items as they become worn. They don’t include everything, especially UVA/B nor Vitamin A, but for the price you get a lot of necessary items.ð

It has everything you need to set up a Terrarium.You get the 5.5″ Black Reflector Dome, the Mounting Spring Clip, a 50W Day Blue Incandescent bulb, a Humidity and Temperature Gauge, a heat mat, an odor reducing Terrarium liner, a proper care guide and also a package of food (Reptile Munchies Omnivore Mix) to give you a good start.All you need is your glass terrarium, a screen top and of course your choice of reptile. I have already set this up to give to my son for Valentine’s Day. I’m going to let him choose his new pet, a book specific to his reptile and teach him some routine maintenance. I know he is going to love it.As I set it up, I can attest that all included items are of really good quality. Everything is sturdy and durable. This is a set that is made for the long haul. I recommend it!
