Dishes ar great if you get lucky with a good color
These dishes/bowls are well made as far as being near-indestructible and non-porous so they’re easy to disinfect. I just don’t get if the sellers realize we spend hundreds of dollars on terrariums and picking out deco to not just make our animals comfortable but we like it to look good as well – jungle, forest, desert setting, whatever the case may be, and getting a random color one of these is likely to suck. I ordered a light brown set on ebay from a seller who showed the exact item but it’s lost in the postal service somewhere and rolled the dice here knowing I can use whatever I get in the mean time and use them in a quarantine tank if I get a crap color. I got sort of lucky and got a gray set but the dish looks good, like stone, but the bowl for some reason is shiny, more like plasticy looking silver. Figure it will dull a bit from use and I like the gray so not too bad. Thankful I didn’t end up with pink or orange ones.So TLDR well made bowls, but sucks no sellers let you choose colors here on Amazon and kind of wish Zoo Med would put just a hair more effort into each color. Some of them look awesome, some of them look like the plastic didn’t mix right or the batch was off. Maybe have a select tier that are guaranteed to look like natural tan/brown/gray/green stone and a cheaper tier that look like plastic tie dye in unnatural colors.Would be best to pick these out in person if you really care but my local pet store doesn’t carry them and the next further away one has very limited supply and are over priced.

Picture was a nice natural brown colour. Product received is an unnatural green colour. I was kind of expecting the picture to look quite like the product that I would receive. If you arenât fussy about the colour then this product might be right for you!
