View multiple areas at once
This is a great camera for your home. It is easy to set up and connect with your phone. It only took me about 5-10 minutes, including setting up my account. The camera has 2 cameras built in. It allows you to look at multiple locations. The top camera can pan and tilt and allows you even greater visibility. There is a handy call feature on the camera, so that your family can call you using the camera app since most of us do not have landlines any longer. It’s a very convenient feature. Offers great peace of mind when kids are first staying home alone, or to keep an eye on pets or just to watch your home while away. The device picks up sound well, but don’t stand in the same room with your listening device, as it will create an awful echo. This is an excellent value at only $20, that is an amazing price for all the features.

Decent features, app could be better
This is a nice camera that provides a decent image, except for the fact that it actually creates a double image when you click the Full Screen, so that you get 2 half images and I dislike that. What’s the point of 2 half images anyway?The app itself is OK once you get past the setup. Mine glitched much like the other reviewers but I just exited out the first time and tried again and that fixed it. There are a few settings that are nice but the one for removing the mirror image does not seem to work, when you click it the checkmark always stays there no matter what you do. I want to entirely disable the mirror image. I managed to get the mirror image to remove from the main screen but not from the Full Screen view and the directional tool on the image is in the way of my actual image, so I really don’t like that and considered going back to my old non-zoomable camera just because I had the app image.I do like the zoom feature and I like being able to maneuver the view 360 which I could not do with my old camera, so for now I will keep this. The color view isn’t that great, it’s more just shades of gray and I can’t figure out how to make that part better. I think the biggest problem with this camera is the app itself, the camera seems to work fine.Oh, I don’t like the “call” button – it is unclear who is being called when the button is actually pushed and I could not find the settings for that at all. I want to disable it because I can foresee that someone is going to pick up the camera from its shelf and inadvertently press that button. I did it once already and not knowing if everyone in my contact list was being called (which could happen) I just unplugged the camera. That stopped the call.So, the app could be improved. The features provided by the camera work well but things are a bit quirky. I gave it 4 stars since I can get around most of the quirks but if I find another camera with a better app I am going to try it. We’ll see how it goes.I am using this in my utility room to monitor my dog who is about to have pups so I can check her without disturbing.

Very impressed!
Love the dual camera! One fixed camera and one 360 camera WITH human tracking! I was so astonished when it worked marvelously. It also sends an alarm (if you have the feature enabled) and they will call you if they detect someone. This feature is also the downside of this product; everything is phenomenal but if youâre keeping the camera in a commonly walked area, it will constantly send an alarm so you will likely end up disabling this unless you choose to only enable during time away from home. Great camera quality, easy installation and setup, microphone sound is clear, and all of the features within the app are amazing to have! Beyond what I thought I was getting! Highly recommend!

good picture quality but poor setup and security
This camera was very difficult to get connected to my Wi-Fi. The instructions and customer support links were not good. After hours of stuggling to get it connected the camera quilts was good. I set it to notifying me of any movement in the home and I have yet to have this option work. If you are looking for a basic camera that you can use to check in on your home and talk to your pet or child it will work fine. As to the security messuares I find them greatly lacking.

Literally Unusable
Was looking forward to this camera but I can’t get past software setup. It won’t let me enter the WiFi password into their app. Every time I try to do so, I get about four letters typed in and then the field clears. I tried probably 20 times at least and uninstalled and reinstalled the software twice. Same thing. Can’t type more than four letters into the WiFi password field before it blanks out and I have to try again.My suggestion is that you stay away from this. The one possible caveat is that I have a brand-new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. Maybe the OS is too new for the app? Regardless, the bottom line is that it doesn’t work.

Good image Quality
This camera has two cameras in one. Both cameras have good image quality but I was disappointed with the up-and-down movement of the PTZ camera. It does not move very far. Left and right are pretty good but not 360 degrees. I had no problems getting the app to work with the cameras and my wifi. The app does kind of feel like a beta version (Ios App). An example of this is the icon for switching cameras in full screen is reversed. If you choose the icon for the PTZ it’s the stationary camera in the base.

GREAT CAMERA!!! I was SHOCKED at how good of a camera this is especially at this price point! We have animals and small children and have had MANY different Security cameras in the past. This one has TWO cameras, which I didn’t realize when I purchased it. One is stationary, the other you can move around on the app to view a wide range. You can also speak through it, it has an alarm feature and was very clear. The app was simple to install and easy to navigate. Will buy another one to keep an eye on my garage!

Great pet monitor
I just use this camera to check on my pets while at work. I had a little trouble with the app but that is normal because I’m not very technical. I have people that helped me get it set up. It works well.
