When his older friend chooses to stay in, Hubert brings him extra straw to make sure he’s warm and comfy. Hubert doesn’t just drop it off and leave. He carefully tucks Napoleon in so he can rest peacefully in a cozy little nest. It’s a beautiful act of care that shows just how kind-hearted Hubert is.

These two sweet pigs live at the Farm Animal Rescue and Rehoming Movement (FARRM), located near Wetaskiwin in Alberta. This wonderful sanctuary gives shelter to farm animals who have been mistreated or given up. At FARRM, animals are loved and cared for until they reach the end of their journey. Since it first opened in 2013, the rescue has made a big difference—starting by helping more than 100 potbelly pigs in just their first year!

Over time, FARRM grew to help many types of farm animals. Their mission is clear and heartfelt: “Together we hope to create a world where we are no longer needed.” It’s a place full of kindness, just like the bond between Napoleon and Hubert.
